Welcome to Mushroomstuff. If you are a person with a love of nature and good food, then we hope you get some value from your visit.

This website has been setup as an extension of our mushroom hunting activity. We have been running mushroom hunts in Ireland since 1998. Our mushroom hunts were founded on the principal of collecting good food from the wild in harmony with the seasons.

We are delighted to have had our truffle inoculated hazel saplings selected by the Irish Times as a best "Christmas gift" and to have been recommended by The Examiner.  Please click on the "Truffles" tab above to learn more and to purchase a truffle tree.

The Turkish trip is becoming an annual event and we will be bringing a few people with us again next year, if you are interested please register or email me at bill'at'musroomstuff.com.

To be kept informed on future events please register  your details  on the  contact us page or follow us on twitter. Our plans are typically only formulated within a month or six weeks of the event date. First hunts are normally in October.
